Chester Racecourse will once more be the location for MBNA and Chester Lions Club to light up the skies this bonfire night.
The MBNA General Foundation has partnered with the Lions Club for the third year in a row to put on a Fireworks Fun Night at the Roodee on Saturday, November 5.
“The MBNA General Foundation is proud to have worked with the Chester Lions Club for the past two years,” said Mark Elliott, director of corporate affairs at MBNA.
“Together, we have grown this event for the community, and it has become a fantastic experience for families and a benefactor for local charities.”
Featuring live music, food and drink, and plenty of fizz-banging and whizz-popping displays, the evening is sure to be a hit with families.
Gates open at 5pm. If the main event is a bit too much for the little ones, a toddler-friendly firework display will begin at 6.45pm. The main fireworks display will begin at 7.30pm. Entry at the gate is £5, with children six years and under getting in for free.
All money raised on the night will go to the Chester Lions Clubs local charities in Chester, many of which are also the chosen charities MBNA supports.
