Chester Lions Club held its 54th charter night celebration at Chester Golf Club with a four-course meal followed by speeches, live entertainment and dancing.

The guests of honour were the former Lord Mayor of Chester, Councillor Jill Houlbrook, the Lions district governor, Dave Handley, and presidents from lions clubs in the northern area.
