CHESTER Library is closed today (Monday) because of a burst water pipe.
The damaged pipe at the library in Town Hall square has resulted in no heating for the building.
Books can still be returned to the Library front door or to any other Cheshire West and Chester Library.
Customers are asked to check the Council website www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk for information as to when Chester library will reopen.
