Countrywide Residential Lettings, the UK’s largest lettings agency, has acquired Chester lettings business, Thomas C Adams.
Thomas C Adams is a lettings and property management company, covering all aspects of the rental property market, while offering advice to customers and landlords.
Established since 1886, the business has achieved a market leading position and reputation with a large portfolio of landlords located in Chester, Wirral and North Wales.
Sales director at Countrywide Residential Lettings, Jane O’Donnell, said: “Thomas C Adams stood out to us because like Countrywide, the owners prided themselves in providing an excellent tailored customer service. The business will continue to operate as normal under our local brand name Beresford Adams and all staff will remain at the branch as valued members of the team. As part of Countrywide plc, the business will benefit from the group’s shared marketing services and property market insight due to economies of scale.
