The radiology department at Nuffield Health Chester, The Grosvenor Hospital turned pink during a two-week fundraising campaign to raise funds for breast cancer.

The radiology and physiotherapy department staff dressed in pink as well as selling tasty treats in line with the Wear It Pink Campaign, where staff raised £728.19 for the cause.

Sales and services manager at Nuffield Health Chester, Jenny Gray, said: “Our staff have done a great job of turning our radiology department pink for the second year running.

“We really are grateful to everyone who donated to the cause. Breast cancer affects thousands of women across the country and we would like to thank both our staff and patients for taking part and donating.”

Almost 55,000 women are affected by breast cancer in the UK each year.
