A man's body has been found by Christleton Pond.
Police were called to a property on Little Heath Road, Littleton, at 7.37am this morning (Friday, May 16), following reports concerning the safety of a resident at the address.
A body of a man was later discovered by paramedics alongside Christleton Pond.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Constabulary said: “There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the man's death and a file will prepared for the coroner.
“A post mortem will take place in due course.”
