A Chester-based personal nurse adviser service has been awarded gold accreditation against the Investors in People Standard.

RedArc now join the top 2% of accredited organisations across the UK, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

The service provides long term practical advice and emotional support for people and families suffering from the effects of serious illness, disability, trauma or bereavement.

Established in 1998, the organisation has provided support to around 25,000 people within the UK, during exceptionally difficult periods of their lives from their team of nurses with a wide range of specialised and general medical knowledge.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
