BUDDING artisans at Abbey Gate College in Chester have come out on top in a national art competition.
Pupils from the college entered work in 26 categories into a regional competition spanning all key stages and encompassing a wide range of artistic practice including photography, drawing and computer animation.
The winning pieces were then forwarded to a national competition against regional winners from all areas of the country where Megan Davies Price was awarded first place in the country.
Pupil Georgia Hook also won her regional category.
