A CHARITABLE Chester group held its second fundraising lunch in aid of a good cause.

The Cheshire Witches (Women In Touch with Claire House Hospice) held the event on the theme of It’s Showtime in the Blackhouse Grill to raise nearly £1,100 for the hospice.

Zoe Bock, organiser of the event, said: “I am delighted to see so many Chester ladies looking so fantastic while enjoying themselves.

“We are a organisation of business and professional ladies who have volunteered our time and effort to raise money for Claire House Children’s Hospice.

“We get together once a month to organise events and functions around the Cheshire area. There were fewer women this time round but more money was raised thanks to some fantastic raffle prizes.”

The event showcased make-up and skincare products from Estee Lauder, ladies and gentlemen’s beauty from Chester-based Mankind, luxury ranges from Jo Malone, ladieswear from De Keyser, Vintage Shop items, Chique Jewellery, photography from Dave Williams, wraps from Hridaya and flowers from Acacia Florist.
