A DRIVING safety game on the internet aimed at young motorists in Cheshire has been launched .

I’m a Celebrity Don’t Run Me Over asks drivers to dodge a number of caricatures of famous faces.

Participants can score points and collect energy boosts as they go along, but must make sure they pay full attention.

Cheshire Safer Roads Partnership manager Lee Murphy said: “I’m a Celebrity Don’t Run Me Over has been designed to raise awareness of the distractions young drivers face when on the road in an engaging and innovative way. It will be hosted on www.r8urm8.com and promoted through sites such as Facebook and Twitter.”
