AUTHORS have collaborated on an anthology of stories and artwork, to coincide with Chester Literature Festival and Hallowe’en.

The spooky collection, entitled Re-Vamp, is edited by Cheshire West and Chester Council officer Di Booth and US author LC Hu who both have a passion for horror stories in their true, original form.

Die said: “What we really wanted to do was get away from all the established horror clichés, to prove that shock tactics and gore don’t automatically equal frightening.”

The anthology is available from October 31. Visit maddocsoflit.com.
