A STUDENT from Ellesmere Port will be flying high after landing a job with British Airways.
Riana Jones, 19, is now looking forward to starting training as cabin crew in Manchester.
She is one of four students from the 17+ Gateway to Employment course at West Cheshire College to land the job.
The one-year course, run at the Regent Street campus, introduces students to opportunities in the travel industry.
It allows learners to gain recognised qualifications, covering a variety of topics including customer service skills, health, safety, security and hygiene, working in a team and an introduction to the aviation industry and working environment.
Students also get the chance to attend aircraft-training centres and residential courses at places such as the ThomsonFly training centre at East Midland airport.
