A car accident on the A38 at 10.30am this morning (Monday) has caused disruption to the road network.

A car accident on the A38 at 10.30am this morning (Monday) has caused disruption to the road network.

Diversions are in place and police are urging motorists to take a different route or delay their journey until after 6pm, when the road will be clear.

One person was killed in the accident. See Wednesday's Chronicle for a full report.
