TWO Bishop Heber sixth form students are celebrating being named head boy and head girl.
Joshua Maddocks and Gabriella Poaloni were voted for by their fellow students to take on the roles of school ambassadors.
Both are studying maths and science subjects and have high hopes of attending university.
The two will be supported by their deputies, Chris Duffy, Sally Williamson and Rosie Houston.
The team will work together to ensure the school’s sixth form are informed of events and well supported both in social and academic areas of their work.
Recently, governors spent a day at the school and met students, observed lessons and discussed subject content.
