Award-winning, critically-acclaimed and record-breaking author Sally Green visited The King’s Senior School for a book signing and question session.
Author of the Half-Bad Trilogy, Sally broke the world record for most foreign language rights sold ahead of publication.
It also won Cheshire Schools’ Book Award last year, in which the King’s library’s Book Club participated.
Sally provided great insight into the writing and publishing process, showing that what appears to be overnight success, is actually the result of years of hard work and rejection.
She also stressed that successful writers can’t wait for inspiration, but have to be disciplined about their writing.
