POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a two-car collision in Chester city centre.

The incident, involving a 38-year-old man driving a silver Vauxhall Vectra and a 62-year-old man in a black Vauxhall Vivaro, both from Chester, occurred in Nicholas Street near to Grey Friars at 10.10am on Tuesday, May 12.

Nobody was injured in the collision. Officers are keen to speak to a female driver in a red Vauxhall Corsa, who was driving behind the vehicles when they collided.

Police say she is only considered a witness and is in no way connected to the incident.
