Autumn fair

AN AUTUMN fair is to be held in Aldford.

On Saturday, November 8, families can enjoy browsing stalls selling bric-a-brac, homemade cakes, secondhand books and local produce as the village welcomes in the winter months.

The fair, which has been a popular community event for more than 50 years, will see residents and nearby businesses show off their produce and bargains from the attic.

Doors open at 1.30pm at the village hall in Alford.
