Students at The Hammond in Chester have again achieved 100% passes at A Level.
Some students have gained top grades including drama students Jessica Hole and Dominic Hughes, who both achieved A grades in theatre studies.
The Hammond is particularly delighted at their students’ success because they work in a busy, tiring environment where time is at a premium.
Many students are working towards the National Diploma (level 6) in dance or musical theatre and the remainder are studying, alongside their A Levels, BTEC (level 3) in performing arts (acting).
Results in this latter course have also been excellent this year with all the students on the course gaining the top result of double star distinction.
Principal Maggie Evans said: “We are always impressed with the excellent performance of our students, both in the classroom and on the stage, and wish those students who are leaving The Hammond this summer all the best in their future careers.”
