A MAN arrested at Hapsford Services after a motorist spotted him and two others snorting cocaine off the dashboard of their van has pleaded guilty at Chester Crown Court.
The car driver dialled 999 and the call was picked up by Frodsham PCs Matt Uren and John Koloktroni who were on a routine enquiry in Elton. The officers, who were wearing plain clothes, managed to restrain and arrest all three men, seize the drugs and the vehicle.
When they searched the van they found 10 bags of cocaine worth more than £10,000 and three large blocks of amphetamines.
Keith Rowlands, 42, , of Maes Gwynedd, Caernarfon, pleaded guilty to possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply on April 18 and will be sentenced by the court on August 1.
The charges against the two other men were dropped.
