Headmistress Lynne Horner was full of praise for the efforts of both staff and pupils.

“The college would like to congratulate all of the pupils – it is a shame that we cannot mention them all by name.

“The excellent exam results are once again combined with the all round education that the college strives to provide for all of the pupils.

“Another year of hard work and success for staff and pupils with some outstanding successes yet again.

“I commend the dedication of the teachers and the efforts of all of those in Year 11.

“These results bode well for their success in the sixth form and the college looks forward to helping these young people develop both their academic and personal potential.”
