Chester-based Walker Smith Way Legal has taken on three trainees after they complete their training in September at the firm.

Tomos Lewis, Rhiannon White and Dafydd Jones have all accepted job offers to continue at the Chester and Wrexham offices.

All three will become solicitors when their training ends in September.

Rhiannon will be joining the family law department, headed by Angela Woods as a solicitor.

The 24-year-old said of joining Walker Smith Way Legal: “I am really happy to be carrying on at this firm, it is a great place to work and I am looking forward to developing my own case load and furthering my career.”

Rhiannon enjoys acting and is a member of Chester Theatre Club outside of work and has previously acted and helped out backstage in their plays.

Tomos Lewis, 24 from Hoole will be continuing in the personal injury department.

He said of his appointment: “‘I am delighted to have been given this opportunity and look forward to progressing in my career at one of the most established firms in the region.

“I have certainly benefited greatly from the expertise, knowledge and experience shared by those at the firm and I’m extremely thankful for the friendliness, help and support provided so far which will put me in good stead for what I hope will be a prosperous future for both myself and the firm.”

Tomos attended Cardiff University and enjoys playing football and going to the gym in his free time.

Dafydd Jones, from Chester will be joining the clinical negligence department.

He said: “I am very excited for my future at Walker Smith Way Legal and I am looking forward to assisting a wide range of clients."

Dafydd went to Cardiff University and enjoys playing badminton, football and socialising.

The 24-year-old is a fluent Welsh speaker, and will be based in the Wrexham office of the law firm.
