A PREMIUM steakhouse has opened its doors in Ellesmere Port, creating new jobs.
The restaurant in Coliseum Way officially opened on Tuesday, December 14, and a lucky few were given the chance to be the first to experience it, including Ellesmere Port mayor Cllr Gareth Anderson.
Manager Vicky Stewart said: “Our new steakhouse has a stylish yet informal setting, perfect for experiencing the expertise of the restaurant’s talented chefs, who are equipped with the knowledge necessary to prepare the perfect steak.
“Our steaks are directly sourced from a select number of hand-picked West Country farms and prepared to exacting standards by master butchers.
“Few dishes demand such excellent raw material as steak, which is why we place such importance in knowing our farmers and butchers.”
