A SPA THERAPIST has been named as Therapist of the Year by the global beauty brand Pevonia.

Treatment supervisor Rebecca Cranfield, 21, from the Club and Spa at Hoole Hall, has worked with Pevonia products for more than four years and has been awarded with the company’s prestigious accolade.

The Pevonia awards celebrate the brand’s loyal spas and therapists who use their products on a daily basis.

Rebecca will receive recognition in numerous trade magazines and will receive the ‘winning status’ emblem.

Rebecca initially studied for her core beauty certificates at West Cheshire College and has worked for more than five years in Cheshire spas.

She has been in her current role for 10 months.

Rebecca said: “It all began when I was 11-years-old, I used to visit salons with my mum. I watched her get various treatments and I just knew it was what I wanted to do.

“I absolutely love the spa environment and making my clients feel their best. Whether it’s helping them to de-stress with a relaxing massage, aiding a skin problem with a treatment or making them look fabulous for a special occasion.”

Spa manager Stephanie McDonnell says: “Rebecca thoroughly deserves this award and we are all so proud of her achievements. I’m thrilled that all her hard work and dedication to the Pevonia brand has paid off.”

Rebecca added: “Working at the Club and Spa has opened so many doors for me.”
