NORTH West law firm SAS Daniels LLP has boosted its real estate team in Chester with the appointment of commercial property specialist James Goddard.
Mr Goddard, 31, who joins the firm as a solicitor, is known regionally for his work in estate conveyancing for land owners and sales and purchases of property in the commercial and charity sectors.
The move comes as SAS Daniels continues to make strategic appointments in areas which match the needs of their commercial client base and reflect growth of market share in their corporate and commercial, real estate, litigation and employment teams.
After five years with Chester law firm Cullimore Dutton, Mr Goddard has moved to the 16-strong real estate team.
He said: “The commercial property market in Chester is showing signs of life again and opportunities for growth are starting to emerge. It’s great to be part of a firm on a solid growth path which is finding dynamic ways to support deals.”
