CHESTER’S Forum Shopping Centre is celebrating a ‘full house’ this week after Phone Doctor moved into the last remaining vacant shopping unit at the Northgate Street retail development.

And after experiencing his first days of trading in the city, Phone Doctor’s owner Saf Hussain said: “Business has been very good and I am convinced we are going to have a successful future here at the Forum.”

Mr Hussain,25, said the Phone Doctor ethos of offering a quick and efficient mobile phone repair service alongside the sale of an eclectic range of mobile phone accessories ensured it would stand out from the crowd.

“There is nobody else out there in Chester offering customers what we are offering and we are also a value-for-money destination so I’m not surprised that we have been busy since opening day.”

Mr Hussain, said the business had drawn a large number of lady customers who were attracted by the range and colours of their handset cover collection.

“I think our lady customers appreciate the huge selection colours on offer. But we’ll soon draw in new customers when we finalise our value-for-money mobile phone range in the coming weeks,” he added.

Although the new Chester store is his first business, Mr Hussain has worked in his father’s Phone Doctor outlet which was established in his home town of Wrexham 12 years ago.

“We always thought a Phone Doctor would work well in Chester,” said Mr Hussain. “But business has been going so well I’m already thinking of opening another shop.”
