THE creative director of Chester-based digital marketing agency Entyce has taken on the challenge of running the Wrexham Village Bakery Half Marathon to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK.

Although the weather has been against her of late, this has not deterred Jane Entwistle from putting in the miles in preparation for the 13.1 mile challenge which takes place on the February 17.

“I have chosen to run for Bowel Cancer UK as I lost a close friend a few years ago aged just 28 to bowel cancer.

“As well as raising vital funds I want help to promote awareness of the illness so more people can be diagnosed early.”

The team at Entyce is extremely proud of Jane. Paul Vokaty, technical director, said: “Jane is very determined that if she does something she has to do it well and the half marathon will be no exception.”
