An international real estate adviser with offices in Chester is to grow its leisure specialism.
Savills, which has a base on Lower bridge Street, is joining forces with Charles F Jones & Son LLP, the Chester-based leisure property specialist.
Charles F Jones was established in 1871 and has operated as a leisure expert since 1937.
It will now become part of the international real estate adviser, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange and already has a residential branch in Chester.
Charles F Jones acts for major leisure operators across the UK including Butlins, Bourne Leisure and Warner Leisure Hotels (owned by Bourne Leisure), Haulfryn Group, Parkdean, Park Resorts and Park Holidays.
The team of 12, led by David and Robert Gale-Hasleham, will continue to be based in its Chester offices on Foregate Street.
As part of the Savills team, they will focus on all aspects of the leisure sector, including the core holiday park market, working with both corporate businesses and local entrepreneurs.
