WIRRAL-BASED accident repair firm Howard Basford has teamed up with the Hospice of the Good Shepherd to help raise funds for the charity.
The firm donated a luxury hamper to be raffled off to raise funds to help support the work done by the hospice to improve the quality of life of those living with any illness.
Tracy Howard, chairman of Howard Basford, said: “The Hospice of the Good Shepherd is a local charity close to my heart, having had a close relative greatly benefit from the respite service the hospice offers.
“The team at Howard Basford wanted to do something to help support the great work that the hospice does.
“We believe it is important for us, as a local company, to do our bit to support the community and we look forward to working further with the team at the hospice as the year progresses.”
Amanda Le-Bretton, the hospice’s fundraising and marketing manager, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have the support of Howard Basford.
“The hamper we received will be raffled to raise much-needed funds.”
