Beeston Castle, Chester

There are lots of activities to do for children and adults at Blakemere Village. Next to the Village Green you will find free children’s outdoor adventure play park for ages two-10 years.
Barnaby’s Play Barn offers a safe, fun environment for children who want to burn off some energy as well as a soft play area for under three’s.
Just up the lane you can visit Cheshire Falconry where a whole host of wonderful Birds of Prey live. Flying displays are held daily from Easter to September. Cheshire Segways can be found here too. Pop to Cheshire Craft Workshop to make a candle or paint or create a pot on the potters wheel. Adults are also welcome to have a go at any of these craft activities

With all-terrain tyres and gyroscopic sensors to keep you upright, all you need to do is enjoy the ride.

The model village of Port Sunlight was created by William Hesketh Lever for his Sunlight soap factory workers in 1888. It includes the Lady Lever Art Gallery which was founded by Lever, who wanted to share his collection of fine and decorative art with the public, and is dedicated to the memory of his wife Elizabeth.
It also has the Port Sunlight Museum where you can learn all about this historical village and its beautiful architecture.
