Hit UK spin-off series Pawn Stars UK returns to the History channel this autumn with more fascinating stories behind the intriguing artefacts featured in each episode.

Practised and proficient in the art of driving a hard bargain, Mark Manning and his team at Regal Pawn in Cheshire are back to scoop up hundreds of years worth of historical riches.

With its British spin on hit US series Pawn Stars, the new series of Pawn Stars UK revisits the team in Chester as they buy and sell an array of incredible and historically significant items.

The first episode is on tonight, Monday, September 22 and will feature on History each week.

Negotiating with sellers and haggling over every penny, there is no such thing as a typical day in the life of a pawnbroker. With the team never knowing what to expect through the door, the possibilities are endless.

Mark runs the business with best mate ‘Little’ Mark, daughter Vicki and historical expert Simon.

They all share a love of history and classic memorabilia, putting their energy into building an eclectic, exceptional and unique showroom of finds.

Some of the more memorable items in the new series include: a letter signed by Queen Elizabeth I; Marilyn Monroe’s bra; Elvis Presley’s racquetball racquet; a Tibetan Monk Skull Bow; Beatles memorabilia; a 1966 Austin Healey 3000 and a Victorian enema set.

This series also sees the arrival of new recruit Liam, who has a passion for history, a willingness to learn and a charm that keeps everyone on their toes.
