GCSE students at Whitby High School celebrated the end of their exams in style.
The Year 11 pupils dressed in their finest for the event at their leavers’ prom at the The Mollington Banestre Hotel, near Chester.
Organiser Michaela Kilbride said: “After hours of planning, ordering dresses and suits, hair, make-up, and nail arrangements prom was finally upon us and students arrived looking stunning and a fine example of the pupils we have at The Whitby.
“Year 11 leavers danced the night away creating memories they will cherish for the rest of their lives. A fantastic evening with laughter and fun.
“Congratulations go to all our students on completing their GCSE examinations and we wish them the very best for what the future may bring for them.”
