The Boughton development overlooks the River Dee and will form the renovation of a grade-II listed Georgian house.

Designers Lister Carter have said the style of the architecture 'honours the past history of the site and the magnificence of its
position over the Dee'.

Estate agent Savills have listed the Dee Hills apartments for £1.525m on Rightmove.
