Adam Partridge, one of the UK’s best  known auctioneers and valuers of antiques and fine art, will be guest speaker at a ladies lunch at the Lord Binning in Kelsall  on Wednesday, May 14.

For many years he has appeared as an  antiques expert and auctioneer on numerous antiques television programmes including Flog It!, Bargain Hunt, Dickinson’s Real Deal and Cash In the Attic.

In 2008, he opened Adam Partridge Auctioneers and Valuers in Macclesfield, which has rapidly become the leading independent auction house in the North  West.

In 2011, Adam opened a second saleroom in central Liverpool, in the heart of the vibrant Baltic Triangle creative quarter.

He will be taking time out of his busy schedule to attend the Neuromuscular Centre’s first ladies event of 2014 at The Lord Binning, a gastropub on Chester Road in Kelsall.

The Neuromuscular Centre (NMC) is a small charity in Winsford that provides a range of vital services for young people and adults with muscular dystrophy, a severe  and debilitating muscle wasting condition.

The cost of running this unique and  inspirational charity is £850,000 annually, and the centre is almost entirely reliant on the generosity of individuals and various  fundraising events held throughout the year to achieve this.

The NMC’s calendar is a varied and vibrant collection of fundraising activities with two ladies’ events hosted every year.

Tickets are on sale now at £22.50, which includes a delicious two course lunch including tea or coffee.

For tickets and information, please call the fundraising office on 01606 861733 or book online at www.nmcentre.com.

Arrival is noon to browse stalls, with  lunch being served at 1pm, after which Adam will provide an insight into his life as  a leading antiques expert.
