Chester Music Theatre hosts A Christmas Carol

Two performances will be held at Chester Music Theatre on Friday 11th December

Folksy Theatre will perform their musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol at Chester Music Theatre

A Charles Dickens Christmas classic, with a twist will be performed at the Chester Music Theatre this December.

Folksy Theatre will perform a musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol – a festive tale of an old bitter man, Ebenezer Scrooge who makes excuses for his uncaring nature but later learns real compassion when three ghosts visit him on Christmas eve.

Using live performers, puppetry, music and multimedia, this Christmas show will bring something a little different to the much loved traditional story.

Co-Artistic Director at Folksy Theatre, Lee Hardwicke said: “Folksy use a great mix of high energy, truthful performances, audience interaction and out right silliness to give their Christmas Carol a theatre experience to be remembered.”

Suitable for all ages, this spooky production will be a great festive treat for the family.

Two performances will be held at Chester Music Theatre on Friday 11th December.

Doors open at 2pm and 7pm and admission is £12 for adults and £8 for children.

Tickets are available to buy on the door or by visiting folksytheatre.co.uk.
