Next weekend will see popular band Scouting for Girls head-lining the Saturday evening concert at The Ashford Farm CSI**** Bolesworth International, as part of an impressive four day show in the grounds of Bolesworth Castle.
The much-loved band known for songs such as ‘She’s So Lovely’ and ‘I Wish I was James Bond’, has sold more than 2 million records and have been nominated for four Brit Awards and an Ivor Novello Award.
They will be supported by popular girl band Alula; a three-piece band made up of Darby Ward – the daughter of Real Housewives of Cheshire star Dawn Ward and former Manchester City player Ashley Ward – and her friends Holly Ellison and Ella Coleman. Music lovers will also be able to camp in the stunning setting of Bolesworth Castle as part of their ticket package.
The band said: “We are so excited about the Bolesworth show next weekend, it’s a massive international event in a really amazing setting and everyone is talking about it. So we’re looking forward to seeing our fans and maybe even creating a few new ones at the show.’”
The line-up for Saturday’s show and pre-concert entertainment is creating a lot of excitement as TV Gladiators and family favourites Ace, Doom, Amazon and Enigma prepare to compete in the ‘Gladiators Knock-Out Competition’ from 6.30pm on the Saturday evening. Competitors will take part in famous games such as Dual, Atlaspheres and The Eliminator during the high-energy family show, hosted by famous referee John Anderson and supermodel Jodie Kidd. Other familiar faces taking part in the entertainment will be Gladiators Hunter, Jet, Lightning and Saracen.
