Kaiser Chiefs are the latest band to confirm their attendance at this year’s outdoor woodland concerts at Delamere Forest .
Lead vocalist Ricky Wilson will be taking a break from his work as a coach on BBC’s The Voice for the band’s appearance at the annual summer concert series on Sunday, July 3, where others on the weekend line-up include Simply Red and Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott from The Beautiful South.

Famed for their hits ‘Oh My God’, ‘I Predict a Riot’ and ‘Ruby’, Kaiser Chiefs have headlined a number of UK festivals over the past decade and have been described as one of the leading bands of their generation.
Ricky said:“As a band we’ve always loved to play outdoors, we’ve done fields, parks, farms, rooftops, beaches and back gardens, but this will be the first time we’ve played in a forest.
“If you go down to the woods this summer, you’re sure of a big surprise. We’re really looking forward to being part of Forest Live.”
