Chester clubbers are set for a sizzling summer, whatever the weather, when Ibiza Carnival hits the city.

One of the Midlands’ biggest club nights is bringing Cafe Mambo to the Live Rooms for one night only.

The iconic Cafe Mambo sits in the centre of what has become known as the sunset strip in San Antonio Ibiza. Established in 1994 by Javier Anadon the original derelict house has become a prevailing force in the dance music industry, with the biggest international DJs calling it their home.

DJ Doorly and Mambo’s resident Jason Bye will have support from Northern hero Anthony Probyn, Chester’s Mike Catherall and Midlands Ibiza Carnival resident George Kafetzis.

The huge summer show would not be complete without a throwback to what made Ibiza great and the second room delivers this with Ibiza veterans Brandon Block and Allister Whitehead, Cafe Mambo’s Danny Whitehead and Chester’s Adam Cartwright.

George Kafetzis said: “I’ve been running events in the Midlands for 15 years with events attracting over 3,000 people and to bring what we are doing to Chester is going to be awesome, and on the Queen’s birthday as well. You can’t miss this, it’s great for your city.”

Ibiza Carnival is at Live Rooms on Saturday, June 11 from 9pm-4am on Sunday.
