Bursting from Brighton’s eclectic live music scene, King Porter Stomp’s unique union of upbeat ska, dub, funk and hip hop has been consistently filling the hearts and opening the minds of audiences Europe wide.

During the past five years they’ve brought their soaring horn lines, world rhythms and socially connected rhymes to venues and major festival stages and have become renowned for their vibrant and energetic live shows.

In September 2012 King Porter Stomp released their critically acclaimed second album Shuffle which climbed to number four in the Worldwide Bandcamp Best Sellers Chart and is still regularly gaining radio and press attention.

With a nomination for Best Group in the Songlines World Music Awards 2013 and the completion of a highly successful UK and European tour already this year, King Porter Stomp’s global appeal is more apparent now than ever before.

The group are currently in the studio recording their new EP with legendary producer Prince Fatty.

Having worked with the likes of Graham Coxon, Gregory Isaacs, Lily Allen and many more, Prince Fatty’s input into the new King Porter Stomp EP will spread their music to even wider audiences.
