Simon and Garfunkel – Through the Years, a blend of live performance and multi-media which pays tribute to the legendary musical duo, is coming to Chester.

It features narration written by Victoria Kingston, the author of Simon and Garfunkel - The Definitive Biography.

Performed by Bookends (Dan Haynes and Pete Richards), they don't dress up, wear wigs, put on fake accents or pretend to be them.

Instead, they pay tribute to their music by performing accurate reproductions of their songs, paying particular attention to the perfect timing and diction that Simon and Garfunkel were famous for.

They perform as no other Simon and Garfunkel act can, with just a single guitar and two voices just as the duo did in their heyday.

Bookends will be performing at the Forum Theatre in Chester on Saturday, February 1 at 7.30pm. Tickets £12, concessions £10. For details call 01244 341296 or visit www.chestertheatre.co.uk.
