Chester will be home to a Miller & Carter Steakhouse later this year as the company plans to bring their famous choice cuts of steak to the city.

New restaurants in Warrington and Chester are scheduled for a Summer 2016 opening as part of Miller & Carter’s latest expansion programme across the UK.

The Chester restaurant will be on Grosvenor Road and the Warrington site is set to be at Westbrook Centre.

Few other details are known thus far, but the chain is actively looking for staff to run their two new restaurants.

The new restaurants add to Miller & Carter’s existing sites in the North West - in Cheshire Oaks , the Albert Dock in Liverpool, and Aughton near Ormskirk.

Miller & Carter are famed for their range of steaks, made using carefully sourced 30-day aged British beef.

The chain recently introduced a number of new steak cuts to their menu, including a 30oz Long-Bone Tomahawk sharing steak, a 10oz fillet on the bone, and a 9oz British 45-day aged rump, aged an extra 15 days for enhanced flavour and tenderness.

As well as steaks, the menu also has a number of non-steak options, such as BBQ dishes, burgers and fish options.
