It's the final countdown to the TV event of the week - the moment the champion of Great British Bake Off 2015 is crowned.
In the famous tent tonight, Wirral's Paul Hollywood who started his career at Chester's Grosvenor Hotel will join Mary Berry and presenters Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins for one of the most anticipated finals ever of the hit BBC show.
The final three contestants, Ian Cumming, Nadiya Jamir Hussain and Tamal Ray have all built up their own fanbase with viewers and each have taken the coveted Star Baker title at least once. The competition is going to be tighter than the rise allowed on last week's fiendishly difficult chocolate souffle technical challenge and around 10m viewers are expect to tune in tonight's final where the Bake Off victor for this year will be announced.
