An episode of the CBeebies show Something Special that was filmed at a Chester school in September last year has hit our screens today.

TV presenter Justin Fletcher, famed for his Mr Tumble character, filmed at Dee Banks School in Sandy Lane on September 23, 2015.

The episode, entitled Growing, was shown at 9.45am and featured presenter Justin Fletcher with two children, Caine and Molly, who helped him grow seeds and pot some plants.

During Justin's visit he also played a part in the school assembly singing the Hello Song and handing out awards.

Deputy headteacher Matt Campion, speaking at the time, said: “It’s been a really exciting day for all our pupils.

“It was great Mr Tumble was able to come into the hall and be part of assembly so all the children had a chance to see him.

“He was involved giving out stickers and also our Star of the Week award.”

The BBC contacted Dee Banks in June last year to hold casting sessions and confirmed they were coming to film at the end of the summer term.

Justin was also spotted on the following day, September 24, filming in Handbridge.
