Chester’s biggest and best comedy night returns to the Town Hall to begin a monthly residency that will bring the world’s best talent to the grand main room.

Hosted by Chester’s Danny McLoughlin, Stand Up For Chester is guaranteed to bring audiences the best bills in the city for the lowest possible price.

And for the first show of the year on Friday, February 5, Paul Foot will be bringing his unique and dazzling brand of comedy to Chester for the first time in years.

Heralded by critics, Paul’s previous tours have been showered with five star reviews and nominations.

For this special one-off night of comedy Andrew Bird will be opening the show.

Also on the bill is Danny Sutcliffe, a stand up comedian from Droylsden, Manchester. He started doing stand up in 2009 and in all the gigs he has done since then, has only been knocked unconscious once. That was his best gig!
