Come to Alexander’s in Chester for The Fawlty Towers dinner which combines fine food and classic comedy action as Basil, Sybil and Manuel do their very best to look after you.

Alexander’s Jazz Theatre in Chester has invited Basil, Sybil and Manuel  to host a sumptuous three course meal by their innovative new chef Alan Geoghegan.

This event was originally scheduled to take place last minute but an illness in the cast led to it being postponed until Saturday, June 7 and now forms part of the Food Fringe festival this weekend at Rufus Court.

Chaos and mayhem are served in large portions and are likely to interrupt the proceedings, but all should end well, as the legends of hotel and catering management do everything they can to keep the evening on course.

During the evening, sketches and scenarios inspired by the classic sit com will be enacted among the tables and there will be much mayhem as the show is brought to life by three professional actors.

You can expect fabulous food, a fun filled evening and polished performances as the cast are part of the renowned Comedy Dining Company.

Expect a big fun night out in a friendly party atmosphere with some of the finest comedy actors in the land, professionally produced to the highest standards.

They will be returning to Alexander’s in October to present the Addams Family as part of the club’s spooky Hallowe’en celebrations.

The cost for the show plus three course meal is £35.
