Chester's third 'Cars & Coffee' event takes place this Sunday morning (April 24).

A hugely successful morning was had at last month's event which saw motoring enthusiasts meet up at Chester Castle for a chat, network and show off their cars.

But even if you don't love cars, you're still welcome to turn up for the camaraderie, and some hot food and drinks.

Co-organiser Dave Brown, who set up the event specifically for Chester residents after spotting the idea elsewhere in the UK, said: "The last event was beyond my wildest expectations. People came from as far afield as Lancaster. We had 69 cars and probably another 100 people who came to watch and take pictures.

"The cars ranged from pre-war classics to £300,000 supercars and all points in-between so there is most definitely something for everyone to see. I have high hopes for this event."

Cars & Coffee starts at 7.45am and runs until 10.15am, at Chester Castle.
