Blue Moon Gallery at Dee Fine Arts in Heswall is hosting an exhibition of the latest artworks by two of Wirral’s most well regarded artists.

Clare Shaughnessy and Susan Myers are reunited again in an exhibition of wildlife, landscape and floral art.

Clare’s work is collected and exhibited internationally, so it is a fantastic opportunity for art lovers in the North West to see some of her new work on display.

Clare describes herself as a naturalist who happens to use art to express how she feels about nature.

This respect and fascination for nature is evident in her intimate paintings of animals in their natural surroundings, achieved using a variety of media.

Susan Myers specialises in landscapes and floral paintings, and is skilled in using many different media to create a range of distinctive contemporary images. Using dyes on silk and acrylic on canvas allows Susan freedom of expression to paint her stunning works of art.

Over the years Susan has become one of Wirral’s most respected artists and teachers. For nine years she ran Enigma Gallery in Bebington with her dear friend and fellow artist Catherine Dipple.

Gallery owner Sue Webster said: “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to exhibit work by these two widely respected artists. Their work is much sort after and it is exciting to be able to offer collectors the chance to see their latest paintings here on the Wirral.”

The exhibition will run until November 29. Call 0151 342 6657 for details.
