Chester's Town Crier David Mitchell will be presenting his one-man show, For Crying Out Loud!, at the Chester Music Theatre in Boughton on Tuesday, July 21 at 7.30pm.

As well as his regular midday proclamations at the High Cross, David is a successful after-dinner speaker. He has also developed his material as a theatre production.

David has a reputation as an entertainer who is amusing without being vulgar. He said: “I am attempting to bring to life some aspects of Chester’s history which you are unlikely to have come across before.

“I am really looking forward to this show, especially as the Chester Music Theatre has excellent facilities. It’s a great privilege to travel around the country presenting my material to different audiences, but it will be a particular pleasure to present For Crying Out Loud! in my hometown.”

The Chester Music Theatre is located on Tarvin Road, Boughton, opposite Bill Smith Motors. Tickets are £10 and can be booked online: www.chestermusictheatre.com.
