    Cheshire Parks Home

Ooutraged elderly residents have spoken of their despair as they watched their picturesque homes crack and crumble after years of alleged abandonment by their site owner. Residents at the Cheshire Parks Home, on Chester Road, in Dunham-on-the-Hill, have told The Chronicle how they are living in obscene conditions, with blocked drains causing raw sewage to spew into their mobile homes. Now after the park's owner was taken to court and fined for failing to comply with a council abatement requiring the replacement drains, the 60-90 year-olds have told how they are taking matters into their own hands. In a video shot on the site this week, the elderly residents revealed their living conditions and spoke of their dwindling hope that their homes will ever be repaired.
