A TEAM of rugby players from Bishop Heber High School will continue chasing their Twickenham dream this weekend.

Having reached the semi-finals of the Daily Mail RBS Cup, the school’s under-15s squad take on Queen Elizabeth Grammar School (Wakefield) this Saturday for the right to play in the final.

The last-four showdown will take place on neutral territory – Broadstreet Rugby Club in Coventry – and the final itself will be played on March 23 at Twickenham, the home of English rugby.

Bishop Heber’s involvement in the national schools competition began back in September and they will be cheered on by an army of pupils, teachers and parents this weekend.

The match kicks off at 1pm. Coach transport for supporters will depart Bishop Heber High School at 10am and return at 5pm. Seats are £5 per person for both adults and students. Adults will be charged an additional £3 at the gate. For further information contact the school’s finance office on 01948 860571.
