MARTIAL ARTS: STUDENTS of the Jinenkan Association of Japan travelled from all over the world to train in Ellesmere Port.
David Lloyd Leisure hosted the weekend's annual UK seminar which was led by teacher Fumio Manaka.
The event attracted members and top instructors from the USA, Switzerland, Belgium and France and was a big success.
Jinenkan is a martial art which features several tradition Japanese weapons. Course co-ordinator Dave Evans invites anyone interested in learning to contact him for information on joining his small group which trains in a relaxed atmo-sphere.
Sessions take place at Little Stanney village hall on Mondays between 7.30 and 9pm and on Wednesdays between 8.30 and 10pm.
